Bloom's Grief Services

Grief is a deeply personal and often overwhelming journey. At Bloom Hospice, we understand the emotional toll that loss can take on families, friends, and support networks. That’s why we offer a dedicated Bereavement Program, designed to provide compassionate support and resources in the challenging times that follow a loss. Our commitment to care extends beyond the end of life, standing beside you as you navigate the complexities of grief.

Individual Counseling Sessions

At the request of bereaved supports, we offer virtual counseling sessions to provide compassionate listening, caring, and direction. Our goal is to be a comforting presence, helping you navigate the emotional landscape of grief.

Grief Education

We offer virtual meetings for individuals to provide education on grief, grieving, and approaches to coping.

Telephone Calls

The purpose of our program is to provide timely emotional and empathic care. We reach out to you as a supportive presence, aiming to ease the initial shock and loneliness that can accompany loss.

Self-help through Materials and Referrals

To complement our direct support, we offer a range of self-help materials and referrals to specialized services. These resources are designed to empower you to cope with grief on your own terms.

Scheduled Group Support

These sessions are both educational and social, designed to provide a supportive community where you can share experiences, gain insights, and find emotional relief.

Our Memorial Service's in your Communities

These gatherings offer family, community members,  and staff an opportunity to celebrate the lives and honor the memories of loved ones who died on hospice services. It’s a time for reflection, connection, and communal support.
